SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: January 20th, 2015

As of April 2, 2015, Aid for Autistic Children Foundation is officially ending it's mission, indefinitely. We will no longer be accepting donations or applications for this service. Due to limited to no support, we cannot continue this mission. We regret there hasn't been more support for this innovative (and for some, controversial) approach to assisting parents, caregivers and persons on the spectrum. It was intended as a one time 'hand up'. It pains us that we've failed to make this work. Many multiple millions of dollars flood into so many "autism.orgs" that do next to nothing for people on the spectrum or their families. It's these organizations we cannot compete with. We had a big mission, big aspirations and little support. For those who have supported us (mainly the Tustin High School Key Club students, in Tustin, California), we are grateful and thankful to you all for seeing the bigger picture. Leave it to the next generation to see what the status quo cannot envision. Thank you to the organizations, business owners, entertainers, intellectuals, public servants, health care providers, a few members of the public, acquaintances and family members who believed in this vision. Moving forward, we will continue to be part of the conversation concerning matters of fiscal responsibility for people on the spectrum and their families. We humbly thank you.

Aid for Autistic Children Foundation, Inc.™

Aid for Autistic Children Foundation, Inc.™ mission: Reduce the financial burden on poverty stricken and disenfranchised families and caretakers coping with autism, through debt forgiveness, so attention and resources can be focused on creating a proper living and learning environment for their autistic loved one.

How the Program Works

  • After thorough evaluation of your completed application and assessment from our board and an independent consumer credit counseling service, the debt forgiveness will directly target the financial burden the family deems most obstructive in allowing them to focus solely on giving their autistic loved one the best tools and skills for a productive life in today's society.
  • Families and autistic adults will also receive a household budgeting and savings education tailored specific to their unique needs for long-term financial success. Simply, this is not a cash windfall. We deal directly with the lien holder or carrier of your debt.

  • We are an official non-profit public charity.
